ZetaData is the distributor of the Student Chip software used with the SSDAN materials. Student Chip is a basic statistical analysis software package chosen by the SSDAN project for classroom use. Its simple, yet powerful interface is ideal for introducing undergraduate students to data analysis using U.S. Census data, without overwhelming them with a complex, expensive system like SPSS.

The Student Chip software is available for Macintosh or IBM-compatible based systems, and has very minimal hardware requirements.
